Menu for the WineTails Dinner

The second Paris of the Plains event we are hosting is WineTails Dinner on August 25.  Five courses with pairings hosted by Executive Chef Debbie Gold and Master Sommelier  Doug Frost.  Reception starts at 6:00 dinner to follow at 6:30.  Tickets are $75 plus tax and gratuity call 816-545-8001 for reservations.

First Course:
Ono Ceviche- heart of palm, sea lettuce, lemon

Second Course:
Pork- apricot, white radish, mustard seed

Hay Braised Beef Cheek- smoked eggplant,  sweet potato, black garlic
