SATURDAY 26 AUGUST 2017

Guest Chef Rubén Arnanz

James Beard award-winning Chef Debbie Gold, leader of The American’s iconic culinary program, presents Chef Rubén Arnanz to deliver a truly unique dining experience to Kansas City.

In 2014, Convento Capuchinos became the first 5-star hotel in Segovia, prompting the renovation of their Restaurante Villena. The hotel’s leadership named Rubén Arnanz as head chef and, within a year, the restaurant was one of the most prestigious in the area, receiving a star in the Michelin Guide. Chef Arnanz was one of the youngest Spanish chefs to receive such an honor.

The evening begins with a wine reception and passed appetizers, progressing to a five-course dinner paired with Spanish wines.
