The Chef’s Garden has pioneered an environmentally responsible farming concept that caters to the most innovative palates. The unique estate has become a favorite destination and source of inspiration for gourmet chefs from around the globe. For more than three decades, their fields have supplied top restaurants with the finest uncommon ingredients. Resident farmer Lee Jones has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur and Bon Appétit, and has appeared on ABC, CNN, The Martha Stewart Show and as a judge on Iron Chef America.

Boasting an extraordinary variety of flavors in blossoms, herbs and microgreens, Farmer Jones, Chef Jamie Simpson of the Culinary Vegetable Institute at The Chef’s Garden and our own Chef Debbie Gold will present a one-of-a-kind six-course menu at The American, paired with wines and an abundance of interesting conversation.
