Congratulations to the culinary team at Johnson County Community College, Overland Park, Kansas, on being named American Culinary Federation Culinary Youth Team USA 2020. To support their journey to the Internationale Kochkunst Ausstellung (IKA), or “Culinary Olympics,” in Stuttgart, Germany, The ACF Greater Kansas City Chefs Association is hosting a gala event to sponsor the team, featuring Chef Andrew Longres of The American and Chef Darryl Bell from Napa Valley. These two renowned Kansas City chefs will prepare an unforgettable seven-course meal with wine pairings.
